This time I start exploring the new area I had just entered at the end of the last video. Lots of exploration, several two on one scenarios and one particularly exciting battle... Will I survive? An application me and two other students created during a level editor course. On the right is our renderer, it shares a chunk of memory with Maya that the applications use to communicate. We wrote a C plugin for Maya to handle the communication on Maya's end.

Hi man, I was just wondering if you can do a tutorial about sounds and env_soundscapes, and like NPC dialogues and so on, because damn, I do not know how to use them ngl. (I hope you still see this even after 15 or 9 years)
idk if this is an issue with hammer++, but you HAVE to do the map_edit thing to get nodes to work correctly. they wont just work if you load your map normally "map (mapname)" kind of annoying. i was literally searching for hours about how to fix it cus my npcs weren't following the player thru doorways n shit, but this was all you needed to do, then everything worked perfectly. Thank you!

Can anyone please tell me why mods won’t work on my map I made for Gmod but if I play any other map the mod works . Btw the mod is “ better hl2 NPC battles” on my map I made they sit still and some of the NPCs won’t even shoot but on any other map the mods works perfectly

@@Mocorn Well, my problem with it is the loop that's supposed to hold on until the halfway point is clipping through the hook at the very beginning, seemingly because it's moving too quickly and I can't figure out how to slow it down, changing masses just breaks the whole thing..
@@juittrebo1398 yeah exactly the same for me. I've even downloaded the chains physics example file from the blender website. That file has no problem with similar tolerance etc. It's weird. I really want to get this working so that I can start slinging rocks at castles :) If I figure it out I'll let you know here for sure!

I have watched 4 tutorials and i still can't get the skybox to properly project the 3D skybox i created. It always projects the playable part of the world even though i tried putting the sky camera in the sky box without it even touching the playable part of the world. Does anyone know how to fix this?
